The "Bond" is a 54 Song collection of new songs recorded by the "new" Alarm over the course of about 5 months in 2002. Fans who bought all the albums got the chance to vote on the top-10 tracks they would like to see on a final album. The completed "In The Poppyfields" album was chosen from these 54 songs. The final album was produced by Steve Brown, who produced, remixed, and had the band re-record every song. These albums then stand as a record of time, when The "new" Alarm underwent a creative burst that would finally be realized in the "In The Poppyfields" album, released in 2004.
